East Coast Bays Doctors offer video consultations to our enrolled patients. Our Video Consultation doctor is Dr Valerie Kuan.
Step 1: To Book a Video Consultation

Step 2: Before your booked Video Consultation appointment
Please check that you are using a supported internet browser:
- Computer: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox
- Mobile phone: Chrome (Android), or Safari (iPhone)
Step 3: Testing your connection
You may try checking-in before your Video Consultation appointment to make sure everything works correctly. The doctor may appear offline, which is normal if it is not your appointment date/ time yet.
Step 4: Joining the Video Consultation
a. Shortly before your appointment time (5-10 mins), click the link to the doctor below:

b. You will arrive on the doxy.me webpage. Then enter your name into the box and click “Check In.” When prompted, allow access to your camera and microphone.
c. You will then be placed in the waiting room.
d. Dr Valerie Kuan will start the video call when she is ready.
e. Please don’t worry if you are unable to connect to the Video Consultation. The doctor will phone you at your scheduled appointment time.
Step 5: Payment
After your Video Consultation, you will receive the video consultation invoice in your email. We appreciate prompt on-the-day payment. Thank you.
